SVP PS-4100 Handheld Scanner is a innovative standalone film scanner that instantly preserves important documents, letters, or recipes, recording its contents onto a memory card for later retrieval on your computer. As you move the scanner over an area as large as 8 1/2" H x 50" L, its sensitive color image sensor scans at high (900 dpi) or standard (300 dpi) resolution, saving images as JPEG (default) or PDF files at your choice and stored on an inserted microSD card (not included and sold separately). A scan of a passport takes only five seconds. You can download your images to your computer using the included USB cable. Its built-in display shows the selected resolution, remaining battery life, and memory status. Unlike similar devices currently on the market, the SVP PS-4100 Handheld Scanne does not require a computer or learning a new software program, and it takes very little space to operate, store or transport

JPEG or PDF files can be saved directly to your micro SD and transfer to your computer via USB port. It supports Windows 7 / Vista / XP and Mac OS10.4 or above without the need to install a driver. Built-in display shows the selected resolution, remaining battery life, and memory status. Bonus software included! Powered by 2 x AA batteries, that can approximately scan 200 pages.
