What Memory card I should use for the camera
Our camera uses secure digital card (SD card), you can go to local electronic stores or our online store to purchase.

How do I Download photos or videos to computer
1.       Install the camera driver, which can be found from the CD. (If you are using Windows XP, the driver may already been installed)
2.       Turn on the Camera, and change it to "Playback" mode.
3.       Connect the camera with computer using USB port.
4.       The LCD display of the camera turns off automatically, and the computer said that a new hardware attached would be detected.
5.       Go to "My Computer", and you can find a new drive saying "Removable disk".  Double click it and you can find your pictures and videos inside the folder.  Just copy them to your computer's hard disk.

Battery drains too fast

We recommend our customer to use rechargeable batteries for their cameras (http://www.svp-tech.com/200aa/200aa.htm, http://www.svp-tech.com/200aaa/200aaa.htm).  Rechargeable batteries can store more energy and allow your camera to function for a much longer period of time.

Why the camera is blurry? Focusing Issue
When you are taking pictures very close to you, you have to use the MACRO mode (the button with a flower on it).  When you are taking pictures with a distance, you have to use the NORMAL mode (the button with a man and a mountain).
When taking photos in dark environment, the camera needs a longer period of time to capture more light.  As a result, you have to hold you hand steadily for a few more seconds.

Why the manual has different Resolution than the camera
The camera uses break through technology called Interpolation, which will bring you more resolution than the original sensor. As such you will enjoy better quality and higher resolution image output from the camera.
